Terms & Conditions

• Bandwidth for each site and its associated accounts is capped at 500MB. Sites that exceed this limit will be subject to site modifications to reduce the amount of bandwidth on the site. All account owners will be contacted directly prior to such action and will have the opportunity to purchase additional bandwidth in GB lots to continue at a bandwidth rate suitable for the site.
• Site design layout revisions are only offered as a part of our plans within the first 30 days of the first draft being provided to you. Outside of this period of requested revisions, design revisions are an extra cost. This fee does not apply to maintenance of written content or media content.
• We optimize marketing, SEO, and other strategies according to best practices and the information we have been provided by you. While our experience situates us to be able to offer these services, there are no guarantees that your page will rank higher on search engines or that you will convert more sales.
• Stride Digital Group reserves the right to alter the customer agreement at any time and is not obligated to notify customers of its term changes. Prospective and current clients may refer to the Terms and Policies page located on our site for any and all updates.
• Stride Digital Group reserves the right to refuse services at its own discretion. We will not perform work on business that includes, but is not limited to: pornography, illegal activities, harmful, threatening, discriminatory, and/or misleading products/information.
• Sites that violate our explicitly stated content restrictions will be subject to account termination without refund.
• All stock photos included on the site are licensed royalty-free by our company, but if you choose to leave our site, your rights with those photos depend on the third party photo providers that we utilize and Stride Digital Group is not responsible for any copyright violations for sites not actively on our plans.
• To cancel your plan, we require a 30-day notice. If you would like to keep the provided website and transfer it to another provider, there will be a project management/technical time charge to prepare the site for export. This is a one-time charge that is typically equivalent to 2-3 hours of web support billing.
• When transferring your website made by Stride Digital Group, you must do so in another WordPress environment or else the site will not be compatible.
• Cancellations incur an additional charge of $65 to transfer domain ownership that Stride Digital Group originally purchases to the respective account holder.
• Additional pages, written content, blog posts, graphics, and more can be added to your site at an additional cost individually or in discounted bunches. Please contact us directly to arrange add-ons for your site.
• Email accounts with your site’s domain name are available at $1.99/month per account or 3 Email accounts are available for $4.99/month. Account storage is capped at 100MB and additional storage can be purchased in bunches of 250MB for $1.99/mo extra. Rates for email accounts remain constant across the lifetime of the account.
• All plans automatically renew at the end of their cycle unless the account owner cancels with at least 30 days notice. The renewal is for the same length of time and is priced at Stride Digital Group's current rates. You may cancel at any time 30 days prior to your renewal date in order to prevent unwanted recurring charges.
• Typical delivery times for first drafts can take on average 10-14 business days from the date of purchase, though this time can vary dependent on the customer providing requested information in a timely manner.
